Texas Modern Farmhouse Plans was created to offer beautiful and unique, yet simple house plans available to purchase for your custom home project. Our aim is to take the stress and difficulty out of designing a custom plan from scratch by providing well thought-out home plans that are ready to build on your lot. We offer PDF and CAD sets. At this time we do not make any customizations to our plans. If you would like to make alterations to a plan, we recommend purchasing the PDF + CAD set and working with an architect or draftsman in your area to make the required modifications per your local code requirements.
Each set of plans includes the following:
Elevations: All exterior elevations with suggested exterior materials
Floor Plan: A detailed floor plan with all necessary dimensions for construction, ceiling heights, door sizes and windows sizes
Cabinetry: Basic cabinet elevations with dimensions
Building Sections: Vertical sections showing interior layouts. Not all plans will include sections
Electrical: Plans will include a basic electrical plan
Roof Plan: Top view of the roof sections with pitches
